A source tells People.com that the 49-year-old star, who recently split from hubby Ashton Kutcher, is seeking help from prolific The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success author, a book at Demi has called her "bible" in a past interview.

Chopra has written more than 60 books on spirituality and healing, and Demi is said to have served on the board of advisers to Chopra's healing center in Carlsbad, CA. Their relationship goes way back, as she reportedly visited him in India back in 1996.

Last weekend, it was reported that Demi is receiving treatment at the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Sundance, UT.
