Angelina Jolie's star power was on full display last night -- but not her infamous right leg that has recently taken on a life of its own -- at a world summit in which the star spoke in support of Somalian refugees.
Jolie was attending The Daily Beast-sponsored Women in the World Summit, a three-day event showcasing global issues and featuring appearances from courageous women who making a huge difference in their countries in politics, the economy and culture.
The actress and director of the war drama In the Land of Blood and Honey wore a Gucci satin jacket and black skinny trousers -- in stark contrast to her right leg-revealing gown at last month's Oscars that inspired a new Twitter account for her gorgeous gam.
During an address at the summit, Jolie recited the story of Nobel Peace Prize-nominated Dr. Hawa Abdi, a woman who runs a medical camp in Somalia that is currently being overrun by militants. The actress -- who serves as a permanent United Nations Goodwill Ambassador -- said Dr. Abdi's plight "illuminates the nightmare of tens of millions around the world, the internally displaced and the ones homeless within their homelands."
