The 33-year-old reality star tells Life & Style that she is now four months along with baby No. 2, and she says while nine-month-old son KJ was an "oops" baby, this pregnancy was "totally planned."

Kim was filmed visiting a psychic on her show, who predicted the birth of KJ and also told her that she'd give birth to another girl. Looks like she already got the boy… Does this mean that her new baby will be a girl?

A 'Real Housewives' Star Enters Rehab

Zolciak has two daughters, Brielle, 15, and Ariana, 9, from a previous marriage. She and Biermann were married in Georgia on Nov. 11, 2011.
