Giuliana Rancic had a huge surprise waiting for her at work on Thursday, as her colleagues gathered to celebrate the expectant mother's baby news.

"Just surprised Giuliana with a mini baby shower," tweeted Sarah Knight, Rancic's assistant. "We're all so happy!"

After a very public battle with fertility, Giuliana & Bill Rancic announced Monday morning that they're expecting a baby this summer via a gestational surrogate.
