Valerie Bertinelli teamed up with Jenny Craig to support the American Heart Association's New York City Heart Walk yesterday, where the proud Jenny Craig Brand Ambassador (she's lost 40 pounds on the program) shared her number one workout tip.
"My best workout tip is to just do it," she laughed. "Even when you don't feel like doing it ... it's just getting myself on, and then by the time I've done it and finished, I never say, "Gosh I wish I hadn't done that.' It's always like, 'I cannot believe I did it, I'm so happy I did.' So it's just taking that step forward to just do it."
