Heidi Klum: I've 'Moved on' From Seal

In response to shocking comments made this weekend by her soon-to-be ex-husband Seal, Heidi Klum is speaking publicly about her rumored romantic relationship with her bodyguard.

"Seal has moved on and so have I," said Klum, 39, in an exclusive statement to People. "My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children. I cherish all of the great memories Seal and I created together over the years…Our separation was based on issues between the two of us."

The Project Runway star's statement comes in the wake of Seal being caught-on-camera with a paparazzo Friday, saying he'd wished Heidi "would have shown a little more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help."

Seal, 49, later clarified his words to People, telling the magazine he hadn't meant to imply that Heidi had cheated on him before they separated in January 2012.

Soon after their split, the couple released a joint statement reading, "While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate. We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition. We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy."

The former couple, who wed in Mexico on May 10, 2005, have four children together including Heidi's eight-year-old daughter from a previous relationship whom Seal adopted.
