As one of the most recognizable faces on the planet, Justin Bieber can't go anywhere without hearing screams from hysterical young girls. The pop superstar dished to ET's Christina McLarty on how he really feels about Bieber Fever.

"I love the hysteria. I love my fans," said Bieber. "I love the way they interact with me -- how they're just so happy. I just love it."

Bieber loves it so much he even invites it from time to time. He once dropped in on a group of unsuspecting fans who were testing Just Dance 4, rocking out to the Biebs' Beauty and the Beat.

"I'm never going to get over that," said Bieber. "I never want to lose my young fans."

That young fan base is sure to turn out in droves tonight when the singer performs at Staples Center in Los Angeles as the latest stop on his Believe Tour.

Tune in to ET tomorrow to see the Biebs' dangerous, underwater, music video stunt!
