Chefs Unveil Lavish Golden Globes Food Menu

The annual Golden Globes ceremony is known not only for the actual presentation of awards, but also for creating a party-like atmosphere inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel that features mouth-watering dinner entrees and delicious desserts.

We caught up with the hotel's Executive Chef Suki Sugiura and Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Henzi to get a sneak peek of this year's tantalizing menu!

Among items on the evening's three-course menu to be served to more than 1,300 guests include grilled artichoke appetizers, smoked flat iron beef and orange Chilean sea bass. And for dessert... a delectable cappuccino mousse that Chef Henzi says is one of his all-time favorite creations.
