Jessica Simpson played a bit coy when asked by Ellen DeGeneres if she was expecting a boy or girl this time around-- but she did offer up a hint as to whether baby Maxwell will have a brother or sister.
"I haven't said what it's gonna be yet, " Simpson, 32, told the talk show host, but that didn't stop DeGeneres from doing a bit more digging. Holding up two onesies for Simpson's daughter, one read "I love my baby sister," while the other read "I love my baby brother."
"You can't have both. You can only have one," DeGeneres joked before giving her the "I love my brother" outfit. "Maybe I'll take this one. If it's a girl, she might call her bro."
The Fashion Star also reiterated, as she's done on other talk shows, that this was definitely an unplanned pregnancy for her and her fiance Eric Johnson. "We were definitely extremely shocked. Apparently, protection just went out the window. I feel like I'm always pregnant."
Simpson added that her second pregnancy isn't so easy, "I had a lot of energy. This time around, I’m like exhausted. Eating Tums. That's my snack of choice."
What do you think Simpson is having this time around: boy or girl?
