Kim K on Her Big Post-Baby Body Bikini Reveal

ET caught up with Kim Kardashian Wednesday at The Hollywood Reporter's 22nd Annual Women in Entertainment Breakfast recognizing this year's 100 most powerful women in the entertainment industry, where the much-talked about reality star dished on her just-released UsWeekly bikini cover announcing that her post-baby body is back!

"I hadn't even seen those photos -- me and my friends were at the beach and there was paparazzi ... and I was like, 'oh God, oh God,'" Kim explained about the headline-making cover shot. "I'm in a bikini, you think it's a private beach, and you wonder how it turns out. ... I've been working really hard just to be healthy, you know, I'm been dieting. ... For me, it really changed the way that I eat and just changed my lifestyle and you know, I work out, so."

But though Kim might have garnered the most screams on the red carpet at the star-studded event sponsored by Lifetime, Samsung and Audio, the woman of the hour was Oprah Winfrey -- she received the 2013 Sherry Lansing Leadership Award, which recognizes a woman who is a pioneer and a leader in her industry. The award was presented by her close friend Maria Shriver.

"Well I think anytime you could talk about somebody you know and love, and honor them, it's a gift," Shriver told ET. "Anytime you can step up and support a friend, it's a privilege, and at the end of the day, that's why I'm here -- I'm here to support a friend, to honor a friend, and to tell a friend that I love her."
