Eastwood Seeks Denial of Spousal Support to Ex

Clint Eastwood has filed a court request seeking the denial of spousal support to his ex wife Dina, who filed for divorce in October.  

Court documents obtained by ET indicate the Gran Torino star is requesting a termination of the court's ability to award spousal support sought by Dina.

In addition, the 83-year-old actor is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple's 16-year-old daughter Morgan.

In her divorce filing in October, Dina, 48, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakup of the their 17-year marriage. The former reality star has also sought full custody of Morgan.
