Bieber's Arrested Houseguest Gets Arrested Again

Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies who searched Justin Bieber's home Tuesday for evidence linking the pop star to an alleged egging of his neighbor's house discovered cocaine on the premises and arrested a guest at Bieber's residence for an alleged felony narcotics violation.

Lt. David Thompson told a press conference after the raid that the narcotics arrest was unrelated to the investigation of the egging incident that was reported by a neighbor last week. "The cocaine I believe was in plain view of the deputies when they were looking for the other evidence," Thompson said, without elaborating.

A booking sheet obtained by ET identifies the arrested individual as Xavier Smith, a 20-year old rapper who goes by the name Lil Za. Bieber,
19, was detained along with seven other people while police executed the
search warrant Tuesday morning.

Thompson said among evidence being sought by detectives in the investigation of the alleged egging was any existing security surveillance footage that could shed some light on the probe.

He also revealed that the reason the investigation was bumped up to
felony vandalism case is because of the amount of damage reported from the egg-throwing incident, which the homeowner estimates to be around $20,000.

UPDATE: Rapper Lil Za was arrested again while still in police custody, ET has learned. Calabasas police say he was re-booked on a felony vandalism charge that took place in the booking cell. Police stated that there was an incident in which Lil Za caused $400 damage to a jailhouse phone.
