Bieber's Arraignment Set For Valentine's Day

Justin Bieber's Valentine's Day will include an arraignment.

Following the 19-year-old's arrest in Miami this past Thursday, Jan. 23, Judge William Altfield has set an arraignment date for Feb. 14 at 9 a.m. EST. Bieber does not need to be in attendance as his attorney, Roy Black, can appear on his behalf. An arraignment is the formal presentation of charges.

The singer doesn't seem too phased by his recent run-in with the law. Just days after being taken into custody for allegedly drag racing a rented Lamborghini while under the influence, Bieber was spotted in Panama City Beach, Fla. riding an ATV while filming an impromptu video.
