Lopez said in a statement, "Tied one on last night. Not feeling great this morning. I was trying to sleep it off, unfortunately, it was on the casino floor."‎ A photo online showed Lopez apparently passed out on a vividly patterned casino carpet.

Ontario Provincial Police tells ET that at 10:49 p.m. a male by the name of George Lopez, age 52 of Burbank, CA was arrested at Caesars Windsor Casino for being intoxicated in a public place. The OPP has a unit stationed inside the casino that handles law enforcement, and its officers arrested Lopez and turned him over to Windsor Police Department.
