Oprah Is Selling Tea!

Oprah Winfrey made a big announcement on Wednesday afternoon, and while many anticipated she'd reveal her return to a talk show platform, her new venture could become a daily favorite.

As it turns out, the Queen Of Talk has teamed up with Starbucks to launch her own line of tea. "Starbucks is about nurturing the human spirit," Oprah said upon introducing her Teavana Oprah Chai (via USA Today). "That is my goal in life and what my brand has become."

Starbucks mogul Howard Schultz added, "With the introduction of Teavana Oprah Chai, we are going to elevate the tea experience in the same way we did for coffee."

Oprah claims that she personally helped develop this tea along with the team at Teavana. It includes an infusion of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves, and will be available just before Mother's Day. Proceeds from her tea will go to youth education charities.
