From Sherri Shepherd's custody battle over an unborn child to the alleged disappearance of Casey Kasem, we're looking into Hollywood's most bizarre family battles.

While Sherri and estranged husband Lamar Salley wait for their child to be born by surrogate, they are still fighting to see who will gain physical custody of the baby, who interestingly is already named Lamar Sally Jr.

Lamar's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, who represented Kevin Federline in his case against Britney Spears, told ET, "What Lamar is hoping to achieve is that there's no dispute whose custody upon birth that child will be delivered. He's set up a home here to be a custodial home for a child of that age and he wants to take custody hoping he'll be able to work out a meaningful custodial agreement without drama."

Sherri and Lamar's baby is due July 28.

Casey Kasem's family is also going through a crisis, as the radio personality's children don't know their father's whereabouts. Daughter Kerri Kasem told ET what she suspects may have happened.

"He was taken late at night without a transfer order, without any kind of doctor's notice and against any doctor's orders," she said.

The 82-year-old former Top 40 host has reportedly been in various medical facilities chosen by his wife Jean Kasem, as he suffers from advanced Parkinson's disease and cannot speak.

Today, a representative for the Kasem family gave ET the following statement: "Adult Protective Services, the courts and family are currently looking for Mr. Kasem. As soon as the paper work for the conservatorship is done, Kerri Kasem will file a missing person's report, which should be done by tomorrow morning, thereby allowing the FBI and local law enforcement to get involved. As soon as the family has any additional information, we will alert the media as soon as possible."
