Just a few days after Jennifer Lopez announced her split from the 27-year-old, Smart denied allegations posted in The Sun on Sunday, June 8, that he had hooked up with Xristina Marie."There is no truth to any meeting or physical encounter," he told Us Weekly. "I am weighing my options on the appropriate action to take against Xristina Marie and/or The Sun."

The Sun's report comes after transgender model Sofie Vissa claimed that she too had an intimate relationship with Smart that included racy pictures and messages.
