Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson finally tied the knot over the Fourth of July weekend and ET has all the romantic details!

The 33-year-old entertainer married the 34-year-old former NFL player on July 5, 2014, in a highly-private ceremony at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif.

"We are overwhelmed with complete happiness and love having made our eternal commitment," the newlywed couple the couple told People on Saturday.

PEOPLE reports that Jessica wore a champagne and gold strapless multi-layer tulle custom Carolina Herrera gown in the ceremony attended by over 250 guests. Some familiar faces at the wedding included Jessica Alba and her husband Cash Warren as well as Donald Faison and his wife (Jessica's dear friend) CaCee Cobb.

According to ET's sources, Jessica walked down the aisle on her own, but her father Joe Simpson did perform the beautiful ceremony.

This is the mother-of-two's second marriage. She and Eric share two kids, a daughter Maxwell, 2, and son, Ace, who is 12 months old.
