Kenna Taylor is 17 years old and was told she doesn't have long to live as she is suffering from Cystic Fibrosis. On September 16, she posted an update on her condition on Facebook saying, "This past week has been really hard on me. When I was first told that I didn't have long, I was okay with it. I was okay with the fact that I really might leave this world because even though I spent a lot of my life sick; I had an overall good 17 years. I wouldn't change it for the world, but I don't believe that it's my time to go yet. I still have too much fight in me and I believe that if I push myself hard enough, I'll win."

One day prior to her status update, actor James Woods tweeted to Luke Bryan to get his attention. He tells him this is Taylor's last wish.

For a girl that was told to make "a death plan" by her doctor, Taylor also said on Facebook, "I want to touch as many hearts as possible and bring a smile to their faces."

What she didn't know was that a smile would soon be brought to her face. On September 18, Luke Bryan wrote her a personal message.

These six words made her respond like this.

Her excitement over Luke's message made Woods thankful too.

Bryan not only made Taylor happy, but he further shows how the power of a celebrity tweet can never be underestimated.
