The Ukranian prankster, who has targeted stars like Will Smith, Brad Pitt and America Ferrera, approached singer Ciara on the white carpet outside of the Valentino Fashion Show at Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday.
Wearing nothing but a thong and gold sequined top, Vitalii snuck up behind the 28-year-old pop star and embraced her before she could enter the show. "Ban in USA but I rock Chanel" was written on his bare thigh as a statement about his recent placement on the no-fly list by the U.S.
This is the second incident that Vitalii has caused at this year's Fashion Week. Last week, Kim Kardashian was nearly knocked to the ground when he reportedly lunged at her. Security quickly intervened, allowing Kim along with her husband Kanye West and mother Kris Jenner to safely enter the Balmain spring/summer 2015 fashion show where Kendall Jenner was walking the runway.
Earlier this year, Vitalii attacked Brad Pitt at the Hollywood premiere of Maleficent. Back in 2012, Will Smith slapped Vitalii for trying to kiss him at the Moscow premiere of Men in Black 3.
