Sexy Criminal Minds star Shemar Moore stopped by ET to talk about the show's 10th season and in the process we surprised him with a "baby girl" moment with a fan.

Shemar is using his "baby girl" catchphrase for a good cause online by selling clothes with the phrase printed on them. The proceeds go towards research to fight the battle against multiple sclerosis.

When the actor stopped by our set, we had Katie from Buffalo, New York Skype in with the TV star.

"My dad has MS and my grandma does too, so it runs in the family," Katie told Shemar. "I do appreciate and admire all the work that you do for it."

Finding a cure for multiple sclerosis became a life mission for Shemar when his mother, Marilyn Wilson, was diagnosed with the disease in 1998.

Moore also helps raise money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society by participating in a 100-mile bike race that raises funds for MS research.
