In a (tipsy) interview with 'Marie Claire', the star shares her thoughts on beauty and film making.
"In Vino Veritas." Translated from Latin, this means, "In wine there is truth." Further translated into the modern parlance of our times, it means you're a whole lot more honest when you're good and drunk.
This was apparently the case with Anna Kendrick when she sat down for an interview with Marie Claire magazine. In fact, both Marie Claire reporter Jessica Pressler, and the Pitch Perfect star herself confirmed their interview got a bit boozy. Kendrick tweeted: "Marie Claire got me drunk for my interview."

"The most common thing that I get is, 'Am I the only one who doesn't think that Anna Kendrick is pretty?'" the 29-year-old actress said of her public image. "And you're like, 'No, you're not the only one. Arguably, all of the boys in my high school agree with you.'"
It's certainly hard to believe that all the boys in her high school didn't think she was pretty. It's hard to believe there's anyone who doesn't think she's pretty now. After all, audiences must love her enough to justify her appearing in nine upcoming films.

The star even addressed her insane schedule and filmmaking drive, saying, "Mostly it's the fear that the wolves are always at your heels and you're going to be tossed out into the street. If you grow up middle class, you just always feel like you've got to be working, because otherwise you won't be able to pay the rent."
One thing she's always working on is her biting wit and laudable Twitter presence. Recently, Kendrick even made a crack at the Marie Claire cover that she graces.
