Julianne Hough Reveals How She Stays Fit and Fabulous


Julianne Hough is opening up in the December issue of Shape magazine, on stands tomorrow, about how she keeps her bod looking fit and fabulous!

“I like to work out probably five times a week,” the newest Dancing With The Stars judge said. “I wake up and it's the first thing that I do. Then at night I like to decompress and stretch before I go to bed.”

This is the third Shape cover for the 26-year-old and she’s admitted that it’s definitely interesting to look back at her first shoot ever with the mag.

"It's kind of fun to be able to actually see the evolution of my body change from when I've grown up into a woman,” she said. “I think I was 19 the first time I was on Shape to 21, and now I'm 26."
