Just months before his passingRobin Williams teamed up with Ben Stiller to help their Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb co-star Skyler Gisondo ask a girl to his high school prom. “I wasn’t going to be back to ask my date to the prom, my girlfriend at the time," Skyler told ET at the film's L.A. premiere. "So I wrote a little skit and I asked Robin Williams and Ben Stiller to be in the skit and Crystal the monkey to be in the skit with us. At the end of the video we recorded, Crystal ran up with the rose and hopped on my shoulder and gave me the rose to hold out to the camera. It was pretty neat, it was the highlight of my life.”

In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the 18-year-old explained how excited Robin was to make this video. “All morning, Robin was pitching more ideas... He was saying 'Can I say this? Would it be appropriate to say this?' You're Robin Williams. You can say whatever you want!"

Not surprisingly, his date said yes to Skyler and the teen even got a limo from his co-star. “Just found out Ben Stiller is going to hook @hillarilevine and I up with a limo for prom night. #Casual @RedHourBen is the ultimate homie,” Sykler tweeted.

Well, Skyler is a very lucky guy and I’m sure that he impressed his date. Check out this video to see how funny Robin was in the prom video!
