"It puts so much pressure on people to lose weight quickly," Kate tells Shape. "Getting healthy is not a two-week process, it’s a change of lifestyle."
This isn't the first time Kate has flaunted her figure this year. At the Versace Spring/Summer 2015, Hudson showed a lot of skin in this curve-hugging red dress.
