Sami Miro on Dating Zac Efron: 'It's Definitely Different'
While Hollywood heartthrob Zac Efron and model Sami Miro have been dating for months, they've both been relatively quiet about their relationship -- until now.
Miro, speaking with Elle, opened up about what life has been like dating one of the most desirable men in popular culture.
"I've never spoken about us before, but, um, it's definitely different," Miro said, explaining how life in the spotlight has been an interesting experience. "I think that you have to take that [kind of attention] with a grain of salt, and put yourself in other people's positions. I think that's actually a really big part of it, putting yourself in their shoes, and trying to understand where they're coming from, and then it kinds of makes sense."

To her credit, Miro -- who, aside from being a model, is also a lifestyle blogger, writer, and marketing executive with a Master's degree from the University of San Francisco -- admits that the public attention is something a person has to expect in a situation like her's.
"It kind of just comes with the territory, and I know there's no really changing that, so you have to just embrace it," Miro explained. "I'm not trying to hide anything in my life."
That being said, the 27-year-old also revealed that the nature of her relationship might be different if her boyfriend wasn't quite as famous.

"If I was dating someone who wasn't in the limelight, I might have more photos on [Instagram] of our relationship," Mira said, adding, "But I do think it's important. I mean, it's what is going on in my life, and I think that my social media can still represent that."
