It's been a little over a year since Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin announced that they were "conscious uncoupling," and now the Iron Man actress has officially filed for divorce from the Coldplay frontman.

In court papers filed on Monday, April 20, Gwyneth cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. She also lists their separation date as May 6, 2013, though she only announced their split on her blog Goop in March of 2014.

According to E! News, Gwyneth and Chris' business managers have been working out the terms of their divorce, including their financial assets and custody of their two children, Apple, 10, and Moses, 9.

Despite their split after almost a decade of marriage, the two have certainly remained friendly exes. Earlier this month, the 42-year-old Mortdecai actress and her 38-year-old ex even went on a vacation together with their children to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where Gwyneth rocked a skimpy black bikini.

Both are also now dating other people -- Chris has been linked to Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence since last August, and were last spotted together enjoying a romantic date at Central Park in New York City over Easter weekend. For her part, Gwyneth has been seeing television producer Brad Falchuk. The two attended her Iron Man co-star Robert Downey Jr.'s 50th birthday bash together in Santa Monica, Calif. earlier this month.

In January, Gwyneth told Marie Claire that she was proud about the way she and Chris have handled their breakup.

"We've worked really f**king hard to get to [this] point," she admitted. "But we’re very, very close, and it's so nice. I feel like it's, in a way, the relationship we were meant to have."
