The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star's words of wisdom will help guide readers into developing "strength and true beauty" in a "culture that worships skinny," the publisher, Regan Arts, said in a statement.
"I am so excited about sharing my philosophy on how I live and the power of strength," Khloe mused. "I hope to be an inspiration to readers everywhere on how they can create their own true strength and beauty inside and out."
The book will be released on Nov. 3 and the launch will take place at BookCon on May 31. Don't worry if you can't make it because, according to People, cameras will roll on the launch for KUWTK.
