Nick is asking to see his longtime girlfriend.

Nick Gordon has not seen Bobbi Kristina Brown since she was first hospitalized over three months ago.

Now, Bobbi Kristina's longtime boyfriend is asking to see the 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston as she remains hospitalized in an Atlanta rehabilitation facility after she was discovered unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31.

A statement from Gordon's attorneys, Randall M. Kessler and Joe S. Habachy, reads, "Despite his strong desire to see Bobbi Kristina, Nick has respected the families' wishes for over three months and has refrained from visiting or from pursuing access to her through the courts. He has asked through counsel many times privately and now asks both the Browns and the Houstons, please let him see her."

Disagreements between Bobbi Kristina’s family and Nick continued in February, and her father Bobby Brown's attorney issued a statement at the time saying, "Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina and he declined to meet the terms of any possible visit," Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC said. "We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to this investigation."

Gordon, 25, went to rehab following a public meltdown while shooting a Dr. Phil interview on March 6. "My pain is horrible," Gordon told Dr. Phil. "My heart hurts. I have panic attacks."

After several weeks in rehab, he reportedly returned home with his mother.

Recently, Bobbi Kristina's grandmother Cissy Houston spoke to ET about her condition. "She's the same, she's not progressing at all," Cissy said. "She's not gone yet, but you know, whatever the Lord decides, I'm ready for her... I have nothing to do with that. That's His job. It's His territory, you know? And I understand it."
