Bruce Jenner takes another big step in his transition from male to female.

Sunday night's Keeping Up With the Kardashians featured yet another huge change in Bruce Jenner's transition from male to female. In the episode, which showed Jenner moving into his own house in Malibu, Calif., it was revealed that the 65-year-old Olympian has undergone facial feminization surgery.

As Jenner has previously discussed, Khloe Kardashian has had the hardest time dealing with the new changes in her stepfather's life.

"Everything with Bruce is happening really quickly," Khloe says. "I really can't believe that Bruce is having facial feminization surgery, and I'm now thinking in my head, when was the last time I took a picture with the Bruce that I grew up with for 25 years?"

When Khloe goes to visit Jenner in his new home, viewers also get a glimpse of his "glam room," equipped with mirrors and a new wardrobe.

"So many things are changing, but my love and respect for Bruce, that will never go away," the 30-year-old reality star stresses.

Jenner previously discussed his future surgery plans in his two-part Keeping Up With the Kardashians: About Bruce special, which aired earlier this month. The former decathlete shared that he's planning to have an operation to change the shape of his forehead and to alter the shape of his jawline. He already previously revealed that he’s had a nose job, an upper lip lift, and an Adam's Apple reduction.
