Last month, the Cake star gave a preview of her typical meals when she took over the Instagram feed of her hair care line, Living Proof. Check out what she describes is her "perfect salad," consisting of "Bulgar, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, & pistachios."
Her breakfast looks similarly delicious and healthy!
"Our generation knows what we should put in our bodies, and that we shouldn’t be trashcans putting all sorts of crap in there," she says about looking amazing past her 20s. "We know all the benefits of eating organic fruits and clean foods. We learned that smoking and sugar are the enemy."
"Not only is it OK, it's better," she says about skipping the artificial look. "It just doesn't help. It's a slippery, slippery slope. And like we were saying before, they just start to lose perspective, it's their new normal, so it's a hard one to come back from."
