After Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen opted not to return for Netflix’s Full House update, one question remained on the minds of diehard fans everywhere: Will Michelle Tanner still have a big role on Fuller House?
Jodie Sweetin, who will return as middle child Stephanie Tanner, revealed that Michelle won’t be left out of the family hijinks – just don’t expect a ton of Michelle mentions.

Sweetin also had some sweet things to say about her former co-stars, adding, “I love and support [Mary-Kate and Ashley] and I think we’re going to be just fine.”
Bob Saget, who will be back as family patriarch Danny Tanner, told VH1 recently that recasting Michelle for Fuller House isn’t likely going to happen. “I don’t think so,” Saget said.
