John Stamos Arrested for DUI

John Stamos was arrested and cited for driving under the influence at approximately 7:45 p.m. on Friday evening, after Beverly Hills police received numerous calls reporting a possible DUI driver, police said.

The Beverly Hills Police Department reported that they stopped Stamos and transported him to a local hospital for further observation due to a "possible medical condition."
The 51-year-old actor was arrested after it was determined at the hospital that Stamos was driving under the influence. He was issued a citation before being released into the custody of the hospital.
Stamos is due to appear in court on Sept. 11.
