Britney was the picture of fitness in a white sports bra and tiny pink polka-dot pajama shorts. We're guessing she knows it, too, because the sexy mama has been showing off her bod quite a bit in recent months.
In February, the 33-year-old singer posed in lacy lingerie for her new line, Intimate Collections. One month later, she donned a midriff top as she and boyfriend Charlie Ebersol attended a soccer game for Britney's eight-year-old son Jayden.
Though she was slowed down oh-so-briefly after injuring her ankle during a concert in April, just two weeks later she rocked a super slinky bodysuit when she performed "Pretty Girls" with Iggy Azalea at this year's Billboard Music Award.
By now fans know that Britney's body doesn't come easy. The Louisiana native told Women's Health last December that her exercise routine involves a little bit of everything.
"I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio -- usually running -- move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch," Britney told the mag.
However, there is one fitness regimen Britney swears by that even mere mortals can get down with-- especially if the result is abs like hers. "Dancing," she said, "is a great cardio workout."
