The 19 Kids and Counting star is expecting her first child with husband Ben Seewald, and she took to Instagram to show what she looks like as she hits the 20-week mark.

The 22-year-old also posted a photo of her latest ultrasound. "#BabySeewald is growing fast!" she wrote. "Already practicing swallowing, sucking a thumb, and actively moving arms and legs! ? So excited at the feeling of these first baby kicks!"
Jessa's measured return to social media follows her sister Jill, who posted a photo of her son Israel David last week to mark his two-month birthday and shared never-before-seen photos of the baby boy on the Dillard family website.

The slow return to the public eye was expected, as the sisters confirmed that they had been victims of their brother Josh Duggar's molestation during an interview with Fox News' Megyn Kelly earlier this month.
