This is not a load of Croc.

Call them boat shoes, spa shoes or plastic shoes, but Prince George is wearing a pair of navy blue Crocbrand clogs that are now a royal fashion statement.

Just one month shy of his second birthday, the future king wore his footwear of choice at a charity polo match in England's Beaufort Polo Club on June 14.

The head of vendor management at Amazon.co.uk Daniel Silverfield told Women's Wear Daily that the site saw sales rise "1,500 percent," which translates into a "16-fold increase in sales of kids' Crocbrand shoes."

"Once again, Prince George proves there's no age limit on being a fashion icon," he told the mag.

Of course, that shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. After all, according to The Telegraph, even when Prince George was born, he reportedly helped boost the economy by $372 million.

And before her arrival, George's sister, Princess Charlotte, was predicted to bring $1.5 billion to the economy with her fashion boosting the industry over the course of her lifetime.
