On KUWTK soon after, Kim called her brother's recent behavior "pathetic," suggesting the family didn't "cater to him" anymore.

Last week, Rob was spotted in a rare appearance making a late night food run with friends.
In May, after reports surfaced that Rob may have done a stint in rehab. Kris Jenner shut down those rumors, telling ET it was "completely fabricated." She instead posted a loving family text chain to her Instagram.
