Well here's one way for Sean Penn to get over his breakup with Charlize Theron.
The 54-year-old Oscar-winning actor was spotted having dinner with former Friday Night Lights star, Minka Kelly, and two more friends at The French Laundry, a highly exclusive restaurant in Napa, Calif. TMZ got the photo of the two of them together at the same table last Tuesday, where they were celebrating Minka's 35th birthday. Sean reportedly picked up the tab.

Minka Instagrammed this photo of herself at the restaurant, though made no mention of Sean.
"Birthday festivities off to a pretty magical start. #thankyou #napa," she wrote.
Sean reportedly flew up to Napa with a friend on June 23, a source tells Us Weekly, then met up with Minka and her girlfriend for dinner. The unlikely pair apparently met at a benefit the actor threw for his Haiti relief organization J/P HRO. Minka was indeed photographed at the 2nd Annual Sean Penn and Friends Help Haiti Home Gala on Jan. 12, 2013.
"Minka and Sean got along great and had a great time, but it's unclear where it's going," the insider tells Us of their "first date."
News of Sean and Charlize's surprising split broke less than two weeks ago. The 39-year-old Mad Max: Fury Road actress allegedly "iced out" the Gangster Squad actor, according to Us, when she abruptly stopped speaking with him after the Cannes Film Festival last month.
Minka, of course, is herself no stranger to high-profile romances, having dated Yankee shortstop Derek Jeter from 2008 to 2011. She also dated Captain America star Chris Evans in 2007, and again in September 2012, before splitting in October 2013.
