Jeremy Renner may be quite the badass in films like Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation and Marvel’s Avengers films, but the 44-year-old action star has a serious soft spot for his adorable 2-year-old daughter, Ava.
Renner occasionally shares photos of his little lady to his 696k followers on Instagram, using caution to obscure her face.
The proud papa sat down with ET’s Carly Steel and explained how fatherhood has changed his perspective on life.

“The only thing that matters is my daughter,” Renner said. “She's the number one thing in my life right now. Anything that's in the way of it is an obstacle I get rid of so I can get to her.”
This past Father’s Day, Renner posted a precious photo of his daughter, calling her the main reason his “heart swells and occasionally stops.”
Later in the interview, things took a playful turn and Renner demonstrated his resting ‘murder face.' Check out the hilarious moment below:
