Miley Cyrus' 15-year-old sister showed up to Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday party on Sunday wearing a show-stopping style.

Noah, who went blonde for the party, donned an all-black outfit that included a skimpy crop top, skinny jeans and thigh-high boots. As for her makeup, Billy Ray Cyrus' daughter wore silver lipstick and big black lashes.
If we didn't know better, we'd say she's channeling Kylie's style with this look.

Noah's older sister Miley has defended her own skimpy style. "I'm using it as a power stance," the 22-year-old singer told Time magazine of posing nude and performing with strategically placed pasties. "It's funny to see people try to look me in the eye."
