"I interviewed you for the Atlanta Housewives' 100th episode special," Andy remembered, after Kim denied a phone caller suggesting her face looked different. "I was staring at your face for a long time, and it was clear to me that you looked a little different to me, I couldn't tell, you said, 'No, no, no, no.'
"Tonight you arrive wearing glasses, and I'm thinking, 'Why is she wearing these librarian-that-can-be-seduced glasses?''" he continued. "And now I realized, it is to take away from the fact that you have had a little bit shaved off your nose. I really feel that way."
Kim suggested that her pregnancies in the past few years may have contributed to her different appearances, and did say that she's had a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. But the reality star reaffirmed that's all the work she's had done.
"I don't know why you'd deny it," Andy eventually relented.
This is far from the first time Kim has faced scrutiny of her nose. In June, the mother of six responded to facelift rumors, tweeting, "This is ridiculous! Top doctors my ass! I have no had surgery on my face period!!!!"
And in late March, Kim posted a comparison photo of her to her daughters, captioning the pic, "I guess we have ALL had nose jobs #GTFOH."
