8 Times Megan Fox & Brian Austin Green Seemed to Have It All Together
By Alex Ungerman
While not the most soul-crushing split of the summer, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green's reported separation after 11 years together strikes us as surprising to say the least! Mostly because the couple just seemed so right for one another. Here are six times Megan and Brian convinced us they were a perfect pair.
Megan had no qualms dishing on what a new baby can do to a couple's sex life, joking with ET at the Los Angeles premiere of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in 2015, that with their two kids -- Noah, 2, and Bodhi, 1, -- "Brian doesn't get any intimacy whatsoever."
2. On getting real about spending time together.
"We ask his mom to come once a week so that we can go to dinner, go have sushi or something like that,” she told Harper's Bazaar Arabia in late March. "But now that they're so young, it's just insanity."
3. On being strong.
"Women don't have to be desperate and try so hard. Allow yourself to be strong and powerful and men will be crawling on their hands and knees," the actress said in Cosmopolitan last year.
"I didn't think that I was into it until my relationship with Brian," Megan told E! News at the Maui Film Festival in 2011. "He's very sensitive and very emotional. He's a Cancer so he's very all about feelings and relationships and he cries about everything. He'll want to do it so I'll do it for him."
5. On family.
"All I wanted to do my whole, whole life was have a baby and, now, I've finally done it," she told Marie Claire in 2013. "I just want to give Noah as much of myself as I can. And I want to have more kids. That is where my heart is."
6. On being there for each other.
"I do whatever she asks for and I say yes no matter what it may be!" he said at to Us of Megan's pregnancy in 2013. "She's doing great. She did great the first time around, but I wouldn't wish the experience on anybody! I couldn't do it! I couldn't make a baby, it's unbelievable!"
7. On being soulmates.
"I truly feel like he's my soul mate," Megan told Cosmopolitan in 2012. "I don't want to sound corny or cliché, but I do believe we are destined to live this part of our lives together."
