Sarah Michelle Gellar has some adorable sous chefs.
The former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star shared some sweet pics of her kids, daughter Charlotte and son Rocky, helping her in the kitchen.

"Today is an important day #kidsinthekitchen," Gellar Instagrammed on Sunday. "In my household cooking is family time, time to #unplug and connect. I treasure these moments #foodstirs #foodcrafting."
The 38-year-old actress also let some of Charlotte's friends get in on the joy of cooking. "A special pic for all you -- my daughter Charlotte and my partner Galit's daughters -- Sivan and Shai testing out new @foodstirs product for us," she captioned the kitchen pic. "Our most honest customers. #foodstirs #foodcrafting Look out tomorrow for a sneak at our special #halloween kit."
Not only were Gellar's kids assisting in her baking, they were also helping her promote her new project. "SO EXCITED to finally announce what I have been working on and share @foodstirs with all of you!" she revealed to her 408,000 Instagram followers. Foodstirs makes "food crafting kits and baking mixes" that help create "wholesome cooking experience for the family."
Charlotte doesn't just take after her famous mother when it comes to cooking. She's also working on her Buffy fighting skills. Dad Freddie Prinze Jr. recently shared some pretty impressive pics of his little girl's martial arts moves. Check them out:
