A fan allegedly pulled the 18-year-old's hair as she was leaving the show in Anaheim, California.

Kylie Jenner was allegedly attacked by a fan as she was leaving Chris Brown's concert at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, on Friday, TMZ reports.

A fan allegedly pulled the 18-year-old reality star's hair from behind, causing her head to snap back as she was walking out of the arena. Jenner appeared confused and hurt but continued to walk away with the help of security and her boyfriend, Tyga, by her side.

The Anaheim Police Department tells ET that no calls were made to them regarding the incident, nor was a police report filed. ET has also reached out to Jenner's reps.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was at Brown's concert to support Tyga, who performed onstage with Brown.

Despite the alleged attack, Jenner seemed to have a lot of fun at the concert, according to the back-to-back Snapchats she posted throughout the night.
