Strip all you want -- just not in front of Patti LaBelle.

One fan learned that lesson the hard way on Friday night at the Hard Rock Casino in Vancouver, as the R&B icon lashed out at him in the middle of her concert.

The Dancing with the Stars contestant was performing her career staple, "Lady Marmalade," when she invited a few fans onstage for some innocent fun. Things quickly took a turn when one saucy fella unbuttoned his shirt and launched into a sexy dance, prompting Patti to put a stop to his near-striptease before it went too far.

"Don't you dare; not on my stage!" Patti, 71, scolded, adding that, "I am not Nicki Minaj or that little, uh, Miley.”

The fan hurriedly buttoned his shirt as the icon assured security not to get involved because "I got this." Sure enough, she did. When the fan bent over and flaunted his backside at her, she ran over and showed him who's boss.

"Get off of my goddarn stage, b**ch," she blasted. "And stay off! Put him out of the building. Put him out! How dare you."

After security removed the fan from the venue, Patti called him a "rude American" and apologized to the audience for using a "bad word."

Patti is not one to mince her words, which she confessed during Friday's show ("I'm a Gemini and things come out of my mouth sometimes that I try to control"). Last year the singer made headlines after declaring why she no longer considers herself a "diva."

"It's not cute anymore," she told PrideSource, "because all these little heifers who can't sing are called divas!"
