Justin Bieber Flaunts New Stomach Tattoo, Gets Another Excuse to Show Off His Washboard Abs

Justin Bieber is not done getting new ink.

The 21-year-old pop star showed off his new tattoo on Instagram on Tuesday, which reads "purpose" above his belly button. Of course, this being Justin, he also made sure that his enviable abs were on full display.

... Though where are his Calvin Klein undies?!

All jokes aside, his new tattoo is actually meaningful -- Purpose is the name of his highly anticipated new album, which drops on Nov. 13.

ET caught up with Justin's co-star in the steamy "What Do You Mean?" music video in August, model Xenia Deli, when she described the controversial singer as "a gentleman."

"Oh my gosh, he is different than we see him in the videos, or interviews or pictures," Deli said. "He is a gentleman. For me, it's very important and what I appreciate in men -- it doesn't matter how old you are, how much money that you get, what is your job -- you have to be respectful to a woman and this is how Justin is."
