EXCLUSIVE: 'Once Upon a Time' Sneak Peek: Hook and Emma Relive Their First Date -- And It's Intense!

Before you press play on our exclusive Once Upon a Time sneak peek from this Sunday's episode -- which features a truly incredible Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) and Emma (Jennifer Morrison) scene! -- there are a few rules you need to follow…

First, try to watch the clip in a private space because your incessant screaming and squealing will surely cause a scene. Second, don’t panic. This clip will not expire, so feel free to keep it on repeat for the next four days so you can relive the adorableness over and over again. And lastly, if possible, place a few pillows on the floor around you. When you pass out from swooning too hard, it would be nice for you to have a soft place to land.

Okay, that was SO incredibly good, right?

The dress. The ponytail. The date on the Jolly Roger! (We told you we'd be seeing that ship again…) It all adds up to be one of our favorite, and most intense scenes, of the season.

But, listen, even though we'd love to believe that things are like old, grilled cheese-loving times between Emma and Killian, we're not naïve.

We know that Emma is (probably) using her Dark Swan powers to deceive her fella, so that he can be the hero to pull Excalibur from the stone -- but it was still nice to see a throwback to one of the show's most iconic moments.

Once Upon a Time airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
