By Meredith B. Kile
Ryan Seacrest is a busy man. From hosting American Idol to helming America’s Top 40 and producing every Kardashian reality show, the media mogul wears many hats. On Friday, Seacrest revealed a new venture: Man of Honor to his younger sister Meredith.
The radio and TV personality posted an Instagram shot of a special invitation that Meredith -- who works at Seacrest’s nonprofit, The Ryan Seacrest Foundation -- sent him, which features a sweet poem asking her to play a major role in her upcoming wedding.
"I have a role in my sister’s wedding," Seacrest, captioned the pic. "Just shed tear. Love u mere."
Seacrest spoke to People in August about his parents’ long-lasting marriage and his goals for a happy relationship.
"I look at what my mom and dad have had for 40-plus years – a fantastic relationship and great marriage," said the 40-year-old media mogul, who split from Dancing With the Stars judge Julianne Hough in 2013 and is currently dating 23-year-old model and trainer Shayna Taylor. "Someday I'd like that. They're my role models."
