Since when do 7-year-olds have iPhones?!

Vin Diesel recently appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to promote his new movie, The Last Witch Hunter, and he shared a sweet text that his 7-year-old daughter, Hania Riley, sent him.

“Hi daddy! I love you so much. I am so proud of you. I miss you so much. I believe in you that you will make an awesome movie. I love you so much. I miss you so much. Love, Similche,” Diesel read aloud.

Unfortunately, the actor, 48, said that Hania won’t be seeing this particular awesome movie anytime soon, as it’s rated PG-13 and is too scary. “She can see Iron Giant, or she can see Groot,” he shrugged.

Diesel also has a 5-year-old son, Vincent, and a newborn daughter, Pauline, with his girlfriend, model Paloma Jimenez. Pauline is named after Diesel’s late Fast and the Furious costar and best friend, Paul Walker.

As for the racing franchise, Diesel revealed some scoop about the eighth installment, which will be directed byStraight Outta Compton’s F. Gary Gray. "Something that people don't know is the first movie came from a Vibe article that was about street races in New York, and the director and producer at the time reset the whole movie in L.A.," he explained.

“So, we're finally bringing it back home, baby!" he revealed.
