Scott checked out of rehab on Wednesday after spending a month at a facility in Malibu, California, and it looks like he's trying to get back into the good graces of the mother of his three children -- Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 10 months.
On Friday, Scott and Kourtney were spotted together for the first time since their split in July, while attending a party celebrating the release of celebrity pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr.'s debut book, Sandcastle Kings, according to TMZ.
Later that day, Kourtney attended the Baby2Baby Gala in Culver City, California, where she looked happy and healthy in a classy, cream-colored pantsuit.
On Sunday, Kourtney's split from Scott played a big part on the season 11 premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. In the episode, Kourtney opened up about their plans to co-parent, explaining, "I told Scott that he can come over to see the kids. We're trying the best that we can to be a team while living apart."
Scott also spent time with the Kardashian-Jenner family on Sunday, having lunching with Kendall Jenner.
An eyewitness tells ET that Scott and Kendall sat together for a meal at Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills, California. They both dressed casually for lunch, and went largely unnoticed. The two looked happy and relaxed as they dined.
